About Sheframe

What is Sheframe?

Sheframe is a home for GL — a place to discover films, drama series, and web originals about love between women, rate them, and tell other fans what moved you. From Thai network hits to yuri anime to indie shorts published free on YouTube, the catalog spans more than a dozen countries and nearly a century of cinema.

Why GL matters

Stories of women loving women have always existed — from Sappho's poems to 1931's Mädchen in Uniform to today's Thai GL wave sweeping the world. But they've often been scattered, mislabeled, or simply hard to find. Sheframe exists to gather them in one place, celebrate them, and point you to where you can watch — so no one has to search alone.

How it works

Rate any work from ★0.5 to ★5.0, write a review, and keep a watchlist of what you want to see next. The Sheframe Score is simply the average of fan ratings — one vote per person, updated live. Sign in with Google and your voice counts.

Who's behind it

Sheframe was created by Buzz Tyler, filmmaker at Gossip Sugar Films. The studio runs Virgin Kiss / バージンキス, a GL-focused YouTube channel of short films and dramas about love between women — and the choices that follow.
